Rules
The final card, known as the "river", is turned face up and added to the board, at which point the final round of betting occurs. The stakes remain at the same level as in the previous round of betting. The Payoff If, at any time, only one player remains, that player gets the pot and he doesn't have to show his cards. However, in cases where there are more players remaining at the showdown, each player remaining has his hole cards turned face-up and each player forms the best five-card hand that he can using 2 of his hole cards together with 3 of the community cards. The possible hands in descending sequence are: straight flush four of a kind full house flush straight three of a kind two pair one pair no pair Texas Holdem Poker.
