History
The popularity of the Omaha Hi Lo Poker game peaked in the late 1990s and the early 2000s when it was widely featured on the television and many tournaments were shown. Of course, at that time, Omaha Hi Lo Poker turned to be an important and much favored online poker game. Omaha Hi Lo Poker online and casino based version are similar to the standard Omaha Poker game and has many of the same rules, with the main difference being the additional option to win a share of the pot. The Hi winner is the player who has the highest or the best possible hand, while the Lo winner is the one who has the lowest hand or the hand that does not have a card higher than an eight.
