History

Craps is a popular high-adrenaline gambling game that is associated with good luck, excitement and lots of fun. We will try to trace the game from its origin to the recent Internet era. The origin of Craps is a subject that has always given rise to arguments & disputes. It is believed that the oldest game of luck that was played with dice was the ‘Theban’ dice game played in Egypt back in 1573 B.C. According to other historians, the game emerged as a modification of a hazard game once popular in England. Its origins are believed to date back to the Crusades, though the game was later influenced by the French.
