  3. Paull, thank you for your nice comments about UGAConnect. As a student at the conference, it was great to hear from everyone and learn so much more about social media. The twittering was awesome.

    I have a question for Bryan about the Social Media Resume. I think the concept is interesting, but the way you were describing it seemed like your blog is the resume. Would you have something different from your blog that is just your resume? How would you give this to people? Anyway, I love the idea. Anything extra that you can do to get your name out there to find a job is great. I am all for moving away from the oh-so-boring resume that doesn’t seem to get my talents accross no matter how I change it.

    One final thought….in this world of choice, this world of blogmania, this world of global talent pools….the way to get noticed is through allowing your personality to shine, your ideas, your thinking - they are all your true differentiating factors from the other guys out there looking for promotion….balance that with what you want your personal brand values to be and you will have a strong online image that is authentic when people meet you. You are PR people, protect…nurture…grow…and market your brand as if you were looking after the Coca-Cola brand.

    And always remember what I say at the end of The Engaging Brand “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did..but people will never forget how you made them feel”

    And yes delicious Paull Young looked great in his ballet tights and tutu!!
