  2. Excellent podcast. I’m interested in trying out the 90-day plan. I don’t know how it would work for me because it seems that so many events or opportunities can change in that period. I guess it’s meant to be a flexible guideline. After all, it seems more reasonable to pursue an unexpected, more valuable opportunity than stick to a concrete plan.

    A good listen! Cheers!

  4. Great podcast, great advice! It’s so helpful to have action items for listeners to engage in. As a student attempting to break into the PR world, this information and call to action is much needed. Thanks! Keep doing what you’re doing.

  5. Michael,

The point of the 90-day-review is to just take time for yourself. It’s to review what’s you’ve done, plan out your next 90 days and (most importantly) work through some exercises that reflect how you are going to cultivate your goals for the next year, decade and beyond. It’s not about doing a checklist of goals “accomplished” it’s about the art of goal “cultivating.”

The system was developed by Dan Sullivan (www.StrategicCoach.com). Unfortunately, Dan stopped this program. You can definitely check out his other material though. I recommend: How The Best Get Better and Unique Abilities.

Best of luck on your journey.

  8. Hi Mitch,
I usually have a trouble attending Chambers and other meetings where I see lot of strangers. I think I need to start talking to all strangers now :) Also I liked the 90 days plan spreading from past to future.

    Thanks for a nice talk.
