Letter from the Editor

I'd like to call this your one-stop shop for everything you need to know to begin a successful career in PR, but there's no such thing! There's just too much out there you need to know. To truly be successful in PR you have to be sharp. You have to read the news and take it upon yourself to stay current with issues and trends both in PR and the world in general.

We certainly don't claim to have everything you need here. We just aim to provide you with a good starting point. What you do with this information and how far you let it take you is up to you. This is simply a springboard to get you going Forward.

We also don't claim to know everything. If you have a correction or something you think should be included that we've missed -- let me know. I'm a huge fan of feedback. If you'd like to get involved, drop me an email. Two heads are better than one, three are better than two, and so on.

I encourage you to comment in the blog, submit a question for the FAQ section, suggest an addition to our suggested reading list -- contribute to the conversation.
